Break out the bubbly and call the paparazzi: Kid Rock and Pamela Anderson will be husband and wife by month's end.

Three years after their first engagement went belly-up, the high-flying couple got celebrity-watchers buzzing Tuesday with word that they will wed July 29 on a yacht in St. Tropez, France. Though the Detroit rocker and Anderson had been spotted together in Europe earlier this month, the wedding news surprised many.

It's the second set of wedding plans for Rock and the former "Baywatch" star. The pair had been engaged for about a year when they ended their romance in 2003.
