| This show was HOT. Erykah's connection with the audience shows why she is the queen of neo soul. I wish she would have done a short jam session with The Roots though. The Roots were as awesome as always. They just know how to have fun and get the audience into the show. Erykah improved for the last half of her show. She feed off the audience and worked off of their comments. I'm relativly new to Erykah's music and truly went to the show to see The Roots. Now I can say that if Erykah is playing, I will be there. She is an analog girl living in a digital world! |

| People didn't want the show to end and Erykah didn't either. As the manager was pointing at his watch on the side of the stage, Erykah asked what she should do. A lady in the front yelled "F&#@ the man" in reference to just keep on playing. Erykah busted out laughing and said "F&#@ the man, I want to be invited back. You can F&#@ the man if you want". Erykah then proceeded to walk the crowd and thank everyone doing another 2 songs. I have since become a big fan. |
