Didn't like the bright lights into the audience eyes so much!
If sound wasn't so boomy (drums and bass) would have rated this a 5! Too bad there were about 33% empty seats. No wonder tickets were 2 for 1 today. | |
This was my favorite concert EVER!! Especially since I waited 20 years to finally get a chance to see them :o) Simon was amazing and the entire band sounded great. I also liked the fact that we didn't have to wait too long after the opening act for them to take the stage.

Was not pleased with this concert at all. They only played a few songs well. They played a 30 minute medley where all band members stood on the front of the stage playing like justen Timberlake. This was not my type of performance. Others may of liked this, but I did not. The opening band was OK, but there name was "Vegas". That name might be cool in the UK, but in California - kinda of cornie. Simon still has his voice, and Roger still has the personality of a house plant. In ending, I think they might be trying to cater to the younger crowd(I am 40), which is fine - Just don't count on me ever showing up for a Duran Duran concert. This coming from a guy who has seen them live in 84, 92, 05, and 08.
