| 8th time seeing the Dan in concert. We took our daughter for her 25th birthday and she loved it! This was not the best--2003 Nissan Pavilion --stormy-rainy, but fabulous, and they were so perfect that night in August. Maybe Wolf Trap is not the best venue--definatly not loud enough, and Jon Herrington's guitar needed to be much louder--also Keith Carlock drums. The mix wasn't as good as it usually is. Also Walter played too much lead where it would have sounded so much better if it had been Jon playing(sorry Walt--I love ya, but.....) The last concert I saw in Atlantic City at the Trump Taj with M.McDonald was FAB! Also Fagen at the Warner in DC in March last year...incredible. Love you guys--all! | |
